I have no idea of what I am doing. An email showed I had some kind of comment here and I didnt see anyplace to reply. You asked what I used for my psoriasis, I use rx ointments. As far as moisturizers, I find they sometimes make it worse. If I need something, I use plain vaseline or something with a shea butter base. I use dove with oil body wash..and that seems to do fine.
